One year of the Data Act:From rights on paper to fair competition on the road

On the 12^th of September, the Data Act marks its first anniversary, and EU co-legislators are already considering changes to the legislation through the Digital Omnibus. One year on, is the Data Act making a difference delivering in practice?

CARUSO has assessed how more than 25 vehicle manufacturers are implementing the Data Act, examining access conditions for in-vehicle data and the availability of data needed for 12 concrete use cases.
